AMUSE-BOUCHE - CHEESE FONDUE

Toma Del Bricchetto, baked to perfection in its own porcelain pot, served with house-made croutons and a delicate drizzle of Rose Pink Peppercorn Jelly. This exquisite cheese, a harmonious blend of goat, cow, and sheep’s milk, is delightful on its own or paired with our Winter Chicory Salad.


WINTER CHICORY SALAD

A vibrant mix of baby arugula and winter chicory, tossed in a bright kumquat vinaigrette with fresh mint, crisp fennel, juicy citrus, and tangy pickled shallots. A refreshing balance of flavors to complement your meal.
